Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Foresure, creating an account, purchasing a report or subscription, or uploading information, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the service
Foresure assembles available property and area evidence and may produce algorithmic scores, ratings, comparisons, reasoning, summaries, questions and other derived intelligence. The service is designed to support investigation and decision-making, not to provide a recommendation to buy, sell, lease, finance or insure a property.
3. Data limitations
Data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, incorrectly matched, superseded or wrong. Coverage differs by source and property. A “not identified” or zero result does not necessarily prove that a condition, risk, restriction, service, cost or event does not exist.
4. Factual and inferred information
Where possible, Foresure distinguishes retrieved evidence from Foresure-derived intelligence. Derived scores and conclusions are inferences from available evidence and are not source records. Users must consider the evidence, confidence and stated limitations before relying on an output.
5. Valuation and financial information
Any estimated value, yield, growth scenario, cost estimate or financial metric is indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is not a certified valuation, credit assessment, tax advice, financial product advice or guarantee of future performance.
6. Planning, legal and regulatory matters
Planning, zoning, title, easement, heritage, hazard, development, school-catchment and other regulatory information can change. Verify material matters with the relevant authority, solicitor, conveyancer, planner or other qualified professional.
7. Property condition
Foresure does not perform a physical inspection unless an expressly identified inspection service is separately provided. Building condition, pests, defects, waterproofing, fire safety, cladding, structure and strata issues may require specialist reports and professional inspection.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. You must not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, resell restricted data, misuse personal information, upload malicious files or use Foresure for unlawful activity.
9. Uploaded documents
You must have the right to upload a document. Do not upload material you are not authorised to store or process. Raw documents are intended to remain private. Optional aggregate learning, where offered, requires separate consent and is subject to redaction and aggregation safeguards.
10. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans may include usage limits, report allowances or feature access described at purchase. Features, reasonable-use limits and plan inclusions may evolve. Material changes to an active paid plan will be communicated as required by applicable law.
11. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Payment providers may apply their own terms.
12. No guarantee of outcome
Foresure does not guarantee that a property will suit you, increase in value, produce a return, be insurable, obtain finance, avoid defects or risks, or meet future needs.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresure excludes liability for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from reliance on incomplete, delayed or incorrect data or from a decision made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Changes and availability
We may update features, methods, data sources, interfaces and these Terms. Services can be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
15. Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction there.
