Questions about Foresure
How the data, reports, tools, memberships and Ask Foresure fit together.
What is Foresure?
Foresure is a property and location intelligence platform. It connects evidence about a property and the area around it, then helps you investigate, compare and decide what to check next.
Is Foresure a valuation or buyer’s agent?
No. Foresure is decision-support research. It does not replace a valuer, conveyancer, building inspector, financial adviser, buyer’s agent or other professional due diligence.
Where does the data come from?
Foresure uses a mixture of public, permitted and licensed sources plus Foresure-derived measures. Every measure should retain source, period, geography, method and confidence where available.
How current is the information?
It depends on the source. Some datasets update daily, others monthly, quarterly or at Census intervals. Foresure shows the latest supported source available to the platform rather than pretending all data is real-time.
What does “derived” mean?
A derived measure is calculated by Foresure from underlying evidence. It is not presented as an official government classification unless it actually is one.
Why is some property information missing?
Free government property sources do not always contain current bedrooms, bathrooms or parking. Foresure keeps those attributes separate and only shows them when a reliable property-level source is available.
What is the difference between property and suburb intelligence?
Property intelligence starts with the address and property-specific context. Suburb intelligence describes the wider market, people, housing, access, schools, rental, safety, planning and change around the area.
What is Ask Foresure?
Ask Foresure lets you question the evidence attached to a property or suburb. Free access uses selected starter questions; membership unlocks your own questions and deeper analysis.
What are the Life Fit and Opportunity models?
They are decision models using the same evidence layer for different questions - for example Family Fit, Car-Free Living, First Home Buyer Fit, Development Opportunity or Investor Supply Risk.
Can Foresure find suburbs for me?
The platform is being extended from analysing a selected place to finder modes that rank suburbs against a chosen life-fit or opportunity model.
Can I report incorrect data?
Yes. Contact Foresure with the address/suburb, the field you believe is wrong and any supporting source. We prefer to correct provenance rather than silently overwrite evidence.
What happens to saved properties and suburbs?
Saved research is attached to your account. Removing an item from your workspace does not delete Foresure’s underlying public or permitted source data.
Can I cancel membership?
Current trial, billing and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in the Terms of Use.
