Refund Policy

Foresure will provide refunds or remedies where required by Australian Consumer Law. Because digital property reports may be generated immediately for a specific address, change-of-mind refunds may not be available after a report has been generated or substantially delivered. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund elapsed subscription periods. If a paid report materially fails to generate because of a Foresure service fault, contact support so the report can be regenerated, credited or otherwise remedied as appropriate.
