Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Foresure may collect account information, name, email address, telephone number, property addresses you search, buyer or investor preferences you voluntarily provide, report history, communications, subscription/payment status and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. Property searches
Property addresses are used to provide requested intelligence, maintain report history where applicable, improve service reliability and prevent abuse. A property address is not treated as proof that you own, occupy or intend to purchase that property.
3. Uploaded documents
Raw uploaded property documents are private by default. They are not public evidence. Access is restricted to the account and authorised administrators necessary to operate the service. Users can request deletion of their documents.
4. Optional aggregate learning
Foresure may offer a separate, explicit opt-in allowing anonymised and PII-free structured observations to contribute to aggregate learning. This consent is optional and separate from the consent required to store a private document. Names, signatures, contact details, policy/account numbers and other identifiers must be excluded before aggregate reuse. Consent may be withdrawn for future use.
5. Marketing
If you opt in, we may send your requested result and relevant Foresure product or property-intelligence updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us.
6. Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider. Foresure does not need to store complete card numbers in order to provide subscriptions.
7. Service providers
We may use hosting, security, email, analytics, payment, infrastructure and data-service providers to operate Foresure. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and remain subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
8. Security
Foresure uses access control and technical measures designed to protect account and document data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Production document upload features may be disabled where required security services, including malware scanning, are unavailable.
9. Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to or correction of personal information, deletion of account data subject to legal retention requirements, deletion of uploaded documents, or withdrawal of optional aggregate-use consent.
10. Contact
Use the Contact page for privacy requests. The configured business contact details in Foresure Settings form part of this policy.
