What can a property report investigate?
A property report combines property-specific evidence with relevant suburb, planning, market, access and decision context. Coverage varies by property and Foresure leaves unsupported fields out rather than guessing.
How do I know whether Foresure has the data I need?
Use Report Coverage or ask Foresure Guide before buying. The Guide can explain whether a category is covered and how current the relevant source is without revealing the paid result.
Can I see sample reports?
Yes. The Pricing and Reports pages link to both the interactive property sample and anonymised premium suburb sample.
Reports & access
What happens after I buy a property report?
The selected property is attached to your account, the report becomes available in My Foresure, and Ask Foresure remains attached to that property for the stated access period.
What is a Digital Suburb Area?
It is the saved workspace for a purchased or saved suburb: live profile, notes, Ask Foresure context, report access, comparison entry point and source freshness.
How do five-report packs work?
You buy five credits first and choose the properties or suburbs later. A credit is used when you generate a report, and eligible reports in that pack can be compared.
Data & methodology
How current is Foresure data?
Different sources refresh on different schedules. Foresure keeps source periods and freshness separate rather than describing all data as real-time.
Why is some information unavailable?
Government and permitted sources do not cover every property field. Missing evidence is omitted or marked unavailable instead of inferred from suburb averages.
Does Foresure replace due diligence?
No. Foresure is research and decision support. Material legal, building, planning, financial, insurance and conveyancing matters should still be independently verified.
Accounts, packs & membership
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. Reports, credits, access periods, notes and Ask Foresure conversations need an account so they remain attached to you.
Do I have to choose all five reports when buying a pack?
No. Pack credits stay in My Foresure and can be used one at a time as your shortlist develops.
Where are billing and renewal terms shown?
The checkout displays the current price, billing period, trial if applicable, renewal and cancellation terms before payment.
